🎯 Position: Marketing Manager

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Management

• Expert knowledge of Odoo & Tally ERP

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience

• Strong leadership, commercial insight & execution capability

• Male candidate, below 50 years

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies

• Lead, mentor, and scale marketing operations

• Analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

• Identify new markets and expansion opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning

• Contribute to pricing strategy and product costing

• Support senior management in strategic brand initiatives
