Position: Marketing Manager

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields

Experience: 8+ years in marketing, with experience in the lubricants industry

ERP Software Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo and Tally

Gender: Male

Age Limit: Below 50 years

Nationality: Indian

Job Description:

Develop marketing strategies to drive sales of company products.

Lead, manage, and train the marketing team.

Review current marketing campaigns, identify weaknesses, and implement budget-conscious solutions.

Identify potential markets and devise entry strategies.

Collaborate with product development and procurement teams to estimate product demand.

Brainstorm advertising and promotional ideas with senior management.

Participate in product costing and pricing discussions.

Perform ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.
